The Londonderry Redevelopment Project is a 240-unit mixed-income rental housing project – 80 units of deep-subsidy; 80 units rented at 80% of market; and, 80 units rented at market. The Londonderry Project consists of two-storey townhomes on the ground floor and one-to three-bedroom apartments above. This redevelopment replaces 80 aging social housing units currently on this land and increases the site density threefold to off-set the overall cost to government.
Londonderry is one of several projects Maurice has led that use innovative, multi-agency partnerships to:
- leverage the expertise and resources of each partner
- achieve an inclusive and diverse development
- increase the supply of quality affordable housing while minimizing taxpayers funding.
